Make one useful result
Make a document, a spreadsheet, a chart, or a short deck. Choose one output.
- Check that code execution and file creation is on in Settings, Capabilities.
- Attach the source material, or connect one work folder. Naming a file does not attach it.
- Describe the audience, the output, and how you will check it.
- Follow the progress. Answer useful questions. Redirect or stop the task when needed.
- Open the actual file. Check its content and its layout.
- Request one precise revision. Save the reviewed result.
Optional requests
- “Use these team notes to make a one-page brief. Include facts, actions, and gaps. Do not invent owners.”
- “Use attendance.csv to calculate response rates. Show the calculation and make a clear comparison chart. Do not infer causes.”
- “Make a three-slide introduction to [a topic I know]. Use my notes. List any claim that needs a check.”
Projects
For continuing work, create a Project. Add the files every chat needs and short instructions. Start a new chat inside the Project and test a related task. On Team and Enterprise plans, you can share a Project with colleagues.
Research
Use the + menu or type /deep-research. State the question, the scope, and the sources to prefer. Open at least two citations and confirm the key facts. Research is on paid plans.
If access is unavailable
Ask for the content as text in the conversation. Review it with the same criteria. Mark file creation as NOT TESTED.
Peer review
Show only approved material. Ask a partner to check one important claim and suggest one useful change. You can review your own result if needed.
