Reuse a small method

Choose a recurring task. It can be a writing method, a review checklist, an analysis method, or a visual brief.

1. Check that code execution is on in Settings, Capabilities. Skills need it.
2. Describe when the method should apply, its inputs, its steps, its output, and its limits.
3. Ask Claude to draft the Skill as a SKILL.md file with a name and a description.
4. Read the method before you save it. Remove any rule you do not want.
5. Put SKILL.md in a folder with the same name as the Skill. Zip the folder.
6. Upload the zip in Customize, Skills. Turn the Skill on.
7. Run a normal request and a missing-input request.
8. Improve one rule and repeat the failed test.

Optional request: “Help me create a Skill for turning short notes into an action list. Keep supplied facts. Use Not provided for missing owners or dates. Return a table and a short list of gaps. Write it as a SKILL.md file.”

Optional sample Skill. This file is a workshop example, not an installed Skill. You may choose a different method.

If Skills are unavailable, paste the method as instructions in a Project and test it there. Mark Skill upload as NOT TESTED.
